Sous Chef

Meemo’s Farm is a high-end luxury wing shooting lodge and corporate retreat, located in the heart of Central Lower Michigan on 1,500 incredibly diverse acres.

We are looking to add a quality professional Sous Chef to our already dynamic team.

This is a hands-on position, you will be directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness, training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation,
portion and cost control.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience in a similar role. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities.
